CFF Holds Annual Fundraiser

The Citizens for Fair Ferndale Annual Fundraiser was held at Club Bart on Aug. 22, 2010.  Members and supporters donated $5 and enjoyed an evening of meeting new people, listening to jazz music, and even some dancing.  The Ferndale 115 News, Ann Warner Photography, Linda’s Music Studio, Bubble & Bark, Lenny’s Copy Center, and Greg Pawlica sponsored the fundraiser.

Musicians R. J. Spangler, Ralph Tope, Chris Codish, and Joshua James headlined the event, with songs also done by Linda Piccoli of Linda’s Music Studio and some of her students. 

The mission of Citizen’s for a Fair Ferndale is to foster a community that is dedicated to the fair and equal treatment of all residents and visitors regardless of sexual orientation, race, color, religion, gender, age, height, weight, familial status, national origin, physical or mental disability.  They are also well known for hosting candidate forums for elections, and for their annual Good Neighbor Awards.
